Email Configuration
Alert 2023 is a SQL instance alert and is triggered when dbOmnibus detects the email configuration for dbOmnibus is not correct.
This is expected for new deployments. Since the email is not configured in advance, the deploy script will trigger this event to the log which will later be sent.
