T-Log Missed Backup
Alert 3026 is a SQL database alert and is triggered when dbOmnibus detects a long period of time since a Transaction Log Backup has occured.
If the database is intented to be in Full Recover Model or Bulk-Load, then take a Transaction Log backup. It is expected that automated TLog backups are scheduled and typically executed with a SQL Agent job.
If the databases is intended to be in Simple Recover Model, change the database to Simple mode.
