A: Event alerts can be

Q: How big does the dbOmnibus database get over time?
A: The history data is
automatically pruned based on configurable retention thresholds in order to
remove older data that is no longer relevant and keep the data at a reasonable
size. Typical database size is 200Mb (upto 2Gb for a large / busy server).
Q: What makes some dbOmnibus databases larger on some servers vs other
servers?
A: This can be due to many factors. The most notable
factor is how busy the server is. Some of the metrics captured will
have more data to store on servers that have more activity and/or
more databases.
